  • K.I.A., or KIA: Know-it-all. We all know a few who hold high positions in the KIA Club. But honestly, aren’t we all members of this not-so-elite group?
  • MITYNTK:  More information than you need to know. If the text has this heading you really don’t “need” to read any further. Busy people can’t afford to read. We skim. This tag just helps those folks feel confident that they’ve enough info and can move on. Those who do continue may find a quid pro quo or two.
  • Singularity:  Usually a reference to a point in time that the development of superhuman artificial intelligence (AI) is possible. Often set at or around 2030 A.D. As you probably now realize, it has arrived with the introduction of the mysterious Boltzman.
    A broader definition is a point in the future beyond which overwhelming technical changes make reliable predictions impossible. A little bland. We like the more specific definition.
  • TEOTWAWKI:  The end of the world as we know it.
